We are thrilled to announce that YGM’s production operation center has officially commenced operations! With a total of 16 monitoring modules in place, we are able to closely monitor key aspects of our operations, including sales order follow-up, workshop machine operation performance, inventory, and abnormal situation monitoring. Recording every link in the process from production to sales helps to achieve information sharing among various departments.
The main purpose of establishing a production operation center is to monitor and analyze potential data anomalies. With this system in place, planners in each workshop can quickly view relevant information specific to their jurisdiction and address potential anomalies in real-time. These measures facilitate optimal work arrangements and adjustments that improve our overall operational efficiency.
