- Inspection of raw reflective materials
High luster’s elastic reflective heat transfer vinyl has a strict quality control system, from glass beads to face film, all manufacturing materials of reflective heat transfer vinyl must be strictly inspected before putting into production.
- Checking reflective material during production
Reflective production samples will be cut, brought to our lab, where they will be inspected for reflectivity, stretch, thickness, washability, etc. In addition, the production line will be equipped with a reflectivity tester.
- The final inspection
As workers roll the final product, workers will check for poor quality sheeting, remove it, and mark the joint. Clients are provided with extra reflective material at each joint. When the joints are outside of the allowable range, we label the roll B grade.
The final product will be sample-tested, and the inspection will be done at the client’s request.
