To celebrate the Spring Festival, YGM will be closed from January 23 to February 6, 2025. However, it is worth noting that during this period, the company will suspend shipments, but will continue to accept orders as usual. II. Year-end summary meeting
The year-end summary meeting is a tradition of YGM. The meeting aims to review the performance of the past year and plan the development direction for the coming year.
(I) Review of 2024: A year of growth and learning
The meeting was divided into three lineups, namely the new employee team, the sales team, and the market operation team. Each member of the team submitted a personal report, and everyone reviewed their work throughout 2024 and listed the achievements they had made during the year. Among them, the new employee team talked more about the product knowledge they learned after joining YGM, the members of the sales team talked about the performance results achieved in 2024, and the operations team showed the website data in 2024 and made a simple analysis of the reflective material market.
In addition, this is also a good opportunity for communication and reflection. By reviewing, everyone can know their own shortcomings and listen to the effective experiences of others. Just like new employees with no work experience can understand the work content and position division of the entire department through this meeting.
(II) Looking forward to 2025: Setting a new vision
After the personal summary, the focus of the meeting turned to the goals to be achieved in 2025. Each member of the team set personal goals to align them with the company’s overall vision, ensuring that individual efforts directly contribute to YGM’s broader strategic priorities and jointly push YGM to the next chapter of victory.
