Illuminating Safety A Look Inside YGM’s Garment Workshop

Welcome to YGM, a pioneer in the reflective apparel industry, recognized for setting the benchmark in safety and innovation. At YGM, we are committed to protecting lives through high quality reflective garments, and we take pride in making safety garments that meets the standards required for high-risk environments. Of course, all of this comes from the center of high quality product production—our state of the art reflective garment workshop. Below, let’s uncover the secrets of YGM’s garment workshop and how it keeps driving the reflective safety apparel industry forward.

YGM Garment Workshop Layout and Environment

At YGM, our garment workshop covers an area of approximately 1,400 square meters. This vast area has been carefully designed and strategically divided to ensure maximum work efficiency and safety. Currently, the garment workshop is divided into the following main areas: proofing room, sample room, cutting area, sewing processing area, raw material storage area, quality inspection and packaging area, etc. At the same time, there is an equally large warehouse on the ground floor of the garment workshop, with an area of approximately 1,400 square meters, which is used to store finished garments ready for shipment, as well as a number of accessories.  Each area of the workshop plays a dedicated role in the production process, ensuring that each step from raw material intake to final product shipment is carried out with optimal efficiency.

The key Personnel Responsibilities and Employee Training Program of YGM Garment Workshop

The core of YGM’s efficient production process is our dedicated team of professionals who incorporate their expertise and strict control of quality into every garment. Each member plays a key role in our team. Let’s introduce the core roles that are crucial in the garment production process and learn about the various skill training programs related to YGM employees.

Core Personnel Responsibilities:

Machinery and Equipment in the Garment Workshop

The core of YGM’s production of high-quality reflective garments lies in our advanced machinery and cutting-edge technology. We have invested more than 2 million in equipment to ensure that each garment can be produced efficiently and meet strict quality and safety standards.

Among the large number of equipment in the workshop, our cutting technology is a highlight. We have invested 600,000 in the purchase of cutting machines, a total of two cutting machines, one of which is fully automatic. This state-of-the-art equipment ensures precision and consistency in cutting to handle the various fabric types used specifically for reflective garments. The workshop also has 7 double-needle sewing machines, 6 five-thread overlock machines, 34 sewing machines, 14 overlock machines, and 1 printing machine. In addition to the main equipment, our workshop is also equipped with special equipment, including a cloth inspection machine for checking the quality of the fabric, a puller for precise fabric processing, an ironing table for perfect finishing of the fabric, and a lining machine to add comfort and functionality to our garments.

To ensure our high standards, all machines and equipment are regularly inspected and maintained. This approach ensures that each piece of equipment operates at peak efficiency and continues to meet YGM’s stringent standards, thereby preventing downtime and promoting uninterrupted productivity.

Quality Control Inspection Process

At YGM, our commitment to our customers is reflected through a strict quality control process. Our quality control starts with material procurement. When the materials arrive at the workshop, they are strictly inspected to ensure that they are free of defects before starting the next step of the process. As the garments move from design to production, our quality inspection points are strategically placed at each critical point in the manufacturing process. Before leaving the factory, each batch of finished products undergoes a final inspection and meets requirements before final delivery.

Meanwhile, in order to ensure the effectiveness and operability of the emergency plan, YGM will regularly organize relevant departments and personnel to conduct drills and training on the plan to ensure that they can respond quickly and effectively when quality problems occur.

Through the exploration of YGM’s garment workshop, it can be found that it uses advanced technology, skilled craftsmanship and strict quality control measures to adapt to the ever-changing demands for safety garments. With the dynamic development of reflective apparel and safety needs, the role of our garment workshop continues to expand.
