Excellent Reflective Properties: The ultra-elastic reflective heat transfer vinyl has a reflectivity exceeding 500 cd·lx⁻¹·m⁻², ensuring excellent visibility at night, balancing style and flexibility with personal safety.
Exceptional Durability: Designed for long-term use, it can withstand 50 washes at 60°C (compliant with ISO 6330 standards), making it ideal for sportswear, workwear, and outdoor gear.
Stable Heat-Pressure Performance: The TPU backing ensures good adhesion and compatibility with most standard heat-pressing equipment. Recommended usage: Temperature 140-150°C, pressure 3-4 kg/cm², pressing time 13-15 seconds.
Wide range of applications: Suitable for elastic sportswear (leggings, sweatshirts, training clothes), work clothes with elastic panels, safety clothing requiring flexibility, and outdoor and functional clothing, etc.
Conventional reflective heat transfer vinyl lacks elasticity, and some slightly elastic reflective heat transfer vinyls suffer from reduced reflectivity after stretching.
